This simple statement absolutely nails how it feels to be a black person in American society. While people trot out the “angry black man” stereotype on the regular, they just don’t get how right they actually. But we’re not angry in how they think we are. We’re not the belligerent, senseless angry. We’re righteously angry at the establishment that constantly beats us down on a daily basis. Keep speaking the truth, Biko.
